Baylee grew up dancing competitively in the Fort Wayne area beginning at age 3. She went on to continue her dance education attending Ball State University & receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance Performance. While there, she had the opportunity to train with prominent dance companies such as Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, River North Dance Chicago, Eisenhower Dance Company & Visceral Dance Chicago. She was given multiple performance opportunities including the RAD festival in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the American College Dance Festival Gala, the University of Iowa’s MFA Alumni Event & many Ball State student & staff choreographed shows. Baylee is now in her 9th year teaching recreational & competitive classes in the Fort Wayne area. Her routines have competed at the regional & national level earning overall top scores, Best Choreography, Best Staging & Entertainment Awards. She is also in her 9th year of coaching the Summit Middle School Dance Team where she has led them to multiple Regional & State titles. Baylee’s lifelong dream has been to own and direct her own studio! She finds joy in sharing her knowledge & passion for dance with all of her students & looks forward to watching her dancers grow & improve at Fine Line Dance Center!

Molly began dancing at age 5. She is a graduate of Hope College where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and Choreography. While there, she participated in numerous student choreographed dance concerts, staff productions, and was a member of InSync Dance Theater, a tap and jazz company. She was also a recipient of the Distinguished Artist Award Scholarship. After graduation, she began teaching recreational and competitive dance classes and is currently in her 17th year teaching. Her routines have earned awards at the regional and national level for Best Choreography, Best Precision, Best Presentation, Most Entertaining, and Overall High Score. Molly finds the most joy in the connections she makes with her students and watching them grow year to year. She believes there is so much more to learn in the studio than just dance, and is honored to be part of that journey with all her students at Fine Line!

Cindy began dancing at the age of 3 and danced competitively through high school. She has been teaching dance in the Fort Wayne area for 28 years. Cindy has choreographed for for local show choirs and over 30 musicals at various high schools and theatre programs. Cindy enjoys reading, spending time at the lake and being with her incredible family - Baylee, Morgen, Anna, Max and Aaron.

Azure began dancing at the age of 5 and competed for a studio for 13 years. She competed on Woodside’s Dance Team for a year and Homestead’s Varsity Dance Team for three years where she had the privilege of winning a state title for her ensemble. She then went on to dance with Eastern Michigan’s Dance Team for four years and earned her bachelors degree in nursing. While in Michigan, she was able to work at a local studio teaching dance to all ages and levels. She was also able to choreograph several solos, duos, trios, and groups to compete at many different competitions. In her free time, Azure loves to travel and workout! She loves to watch dancers grow to their full potential and can’t wait for this new chapter with the Fine Line dance family!
